Cooking Instructions: 

Step 1: Place frozen potstickers in a skillet or wok, and heat on medium to high heat for 4 minutes or until skins turn lightly brown. then reduce heat to medium. 

Step 2: Carefully add 4 tablespoons of water to skillet or wok, cover and steam potstickers for 5 minutes or until water has evaporated and potstickers begin to turn brown

Step 3: Once the dumplings have become brown and crunchy, you may remove them from the pan. Enjoy!

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Fill a large pot two-thirds of the way with water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat

Step 2: Once water is boiled, add as many dumplings as can fit comfortably in a single layer in the pot and cook them until they float. Remember to slowly stir them whilst they are boiling to avoid them sticking

Step 3: Once the dumplings have floated to the top, leave them to boil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes

Step 4: After leaving them in, fish them out with a strainer, drain them, and serve alongside soy sauce or sesame oil

Step 2: Fill a bamboo or stainless steel steamer with water and bring it to a boil

Step 3: When ready to cook, place the buns on the parchment rounds and into the steamer

Step 4: Steam for 12 to 15 minutes, then remove the buns from the heat and serve them warm
