Step 1: Place frozen potstickers in a skillet or wok, and heat on medium to high heat for 4 minutes or until skins turn lightly brown. then reduce heat to medium.
Step 2: Carefully add 4 tablespoons of water to skillet or wok, cover and steam potstickers for 5 minutes or until water has evaporated and potstickers begin to turn brown
Step 3: Once the dumplings have become brown and crunchy, you may remove them from the pan. Enjoy!
