- Xiang Chang, also known as Taiwan Pork Sausages are made by mixing pork, liquor, and various spices
- Unlike other Chinese sausages, Taiwanese pork sausages use bigger chunks of ground meat, contains no soy sauce or MSG
- Due to a shorter drying process, Taiwanese Sausages also have a chewier, juicer and sweeter taste compared to other sausages

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: First poke a few times into the skin of the sausage with a toothpick
Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil onto a pan and warm to medium heat
Step 3: Place sausages on pan and cook the sausage until deep red/brown or around 12 minutes. Once they are done leave them to dry for 1 minute and enjoy
